The Aluminum Board is a high quality product manufactured at our facilities in Portland, Oregon using high-grade aluminum plate and bar stock. The board is cut from plate aluminum with a laser and then machined to produce light catching facets that contrast with the flat lustre of the screen printed playing surface. Large bearings allow the two halves of the board to rotate against each other. The custom pieces are turned from solid aluminum bar stock and are anodized and felted. The photo shows the game conveniently set up to play on it's custom carrying case, which is machined from MDF and shot with a textured rubber coating that gives it a wet, almost organic look!  

     The Aluminum Board is 16" x 32" and the King is 2 1/2" tall. Weight, with the carrying case, is approx. 18 lbs. This product may be purchased with or without the luxury carrying case.
