- Activity Management, the other crucial feature for the Network Marketer, is handled gracefully with events. Events can be associated with specific contacts and have three types: Appointments, Calls, and ToDos. They can be viewed and edited in many different ways, depending on the needs of the user. The three types of events can be listed together or separately, for a single contact or all contacts, or by date. They can also be prioritized and even alarmed, so that you will be warned of events in advance. Like contacts, events include plenty of space for notes and special information, and can be found using the search function.
- To assist in ease of reference, MLMPro* features Group Handling. Contacts can be collected into groups, which can be viewed separately from the main list. This saves time by eliminating the need to search for each individual every time a group needs to be worked on. Once an initial search is done, the results of the search can be grouped for future convenience.
- The program also sports a powerful search engine which returns a complete list of all items satisfying any combination of criteria that you specify. Contacts found in this way can then be grouped or selected as desired.
